December 1962 in a small village Chandsurasi in
Samastipur Bihar. Right from his young age he was a man

Jabalpur
Diocese is one of the few Dioceses which was created
when the church of North India was formed in November
1970. It is a diocese which has a rich tradition of
former Anglican ,former UCNI, former Disciple and the
Former Church of Scotland.
Though after the bifurcation of the Chhattisgarh
diocese, Jabalpur Diocese has become small, it has
given us an opportunity to explore new places and work
closely with each other and find new horizons. Ever
since the installation of our visionary Bishop Rt. Rev.
Dr. P. C. Singh as Bishop of our Diocese on 1st May 2004
he is constantly on the move visiting Churches planning
programmes for the pastorates. |
